IMAGINATION

are powerful tools — what we imagine, we begin to feel. Imagination is our greatest ally in this: visualizing joy, calm, or possibility isn't escapism, it's navigation. It's the spark that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary, where a blank page becomes a masterpiece and every "what if" opens a door to something new. Our inner world has always had the power to shape our outer reality.
Our minds
To me, imagination is the 7th sense.

Using your imagination while creating potions and elixirs is a simple and intentional way to enhance your experience of the moment. Bring that same presence to the blending, the steeping, the ritual of it — and the ingredients become something more than botanical.
Whether you want to feel more grounded, energized, or simply present, nature has an ingredient for that. Choose an intention first — relaxation, clarity, sensuality — then let the botanicals follow. Chamomile and lavender for winding down. Rosemary and peppermint for mental sharpness. Hibiscus and neroli for something warmer.
Once you have your ingredients, preparation is key.
For herbal teas and infusions, steep dried or fresh botanicals in hot water for at least five minutes to extract their full benefits. If making an aromatic elixir or mist, blend essential oils with a carrier like witch hazel or distilled water in a spray bottle.
Experiment with different combinations and take notice of how they make you feel.
That noticing is the practice.
